Sunday Setlist – September 20, 2009

Dangerous Church

This week was the second in our Dangerous Church series. We focused on the harsh reality that we live our days ignoring the fact that we all have friends, family members or acquaintances who are in danger of dying and going to hell – and we seem to be ok with it! We’re in a world that is running dangerously short on time and we need to act now.

The Service

Your Name is Holy (A), Brian Doerksen

Beautiful One (D), Jeremy Camp’s Version

Let Creation Sing (E), Hillsongs

Following the message, during communion

From the Inside Out (C), Hillsongs United

Jesus Messiah (D), Chris Tomlin

Closing Song

Your Grace is Enough (A), Chris Tomlin

This week, things went much smoother this week than last week’s technical craziness – we got there a little earlier and worked out the kinks, so things went much smoother. All in all, it was a great week at Journey.

While you’re at it, check out what other churches did over at the Sunday Setlist blog carnival.
