Sunday, March 8 at Journey

Series: I Object: Common Objections to Christianity

Title: “The Bible isn’t Accurate or Authentic”

The Songs

Opening Instrumental: Starlight, Muse

Let Creation Sing, Hillsong United

  • Straight from the album. This week, we were joined by the youth choir from Saint John’s in Rochester, Michigan. They were here for the weekend to lead a workshop with junior high students so we invited them to join us on stage for all the songs this week. Definitely a change of pace with almost 30 kids on the stage!

Your Name is Holy, Brian Doerksen

  • Straightforward and typical, but a good one.

Mighty to Save, Hillsong United

  • A great, powerful worship song. This has been really popular among the worship team and the congregation.

Sing to the King, Billy Foote

  • Another straightforward song that the congregation knows really well. We tried to keep all the songs easy this week since we were being joined by the kids this week. But, even though the songs were not flashy, God was there and the music was great!
