Back into the swing

Well the long weekend is over and we’re back into the swing of things. We’ve been on the phone, online, and in line at stores making purchases for the “big things” that are coming (I mentioned this here.). The first in a long line of shipments began arriving yesterday. Care to guess what it is?
We’re making lots of upgrades and improvements to our Sunday morning experience, and one area that’s getting some much needed attention and investments is our Children’s Ministry. We’re adding atmosphere and technology to an already growing and dynamic ministry. It should hale to let the kids and their parents know that we’re serious about their kids and that they really matter to us here at Journey. These are parts of our new foam flooring that will be setup in the children’s rooms – 2 in the Children’s Ministry and one in the Nursery. These combine into a 10′ x 10′ square of foam that should bring some color and comfort into the room. We found them here.
I can’t wait to see what shows up today!
